Schools in Natrona County are open today, March 13th, 2019, although some transportation routes are not running and school officials say they're continuing to watch the storm.

The District says there will be no NCSD transportation to and from Midwest schools, or  on routes located on HWY 20/26, I-25, and HWY 220.
If you have any questions on rural route transportation you can call NCSD Transportation at 253-5283

From the Natrona County School District:

"We will continue to monitor the weather throughout the day, working in conjunction with the Wyoming Department of Transportation, the National Weather Service, and other appropriate agencies. We will provide updates to parents and guardians throughout the day as available. As always, the primary responsibility in protecting a child’s health and school attendance resides with the parent or guardian."
