Because one Rihanna cover just isn't enough. Complex shot seven -- yes, you read right, SEVEN!!! -- covers featuring Rihanna for their February/March 2013 issue. It's the first time RiRi has graced the mag's cover since June/July of 2007. It's been a while, so the mag is making up for lost time and rolling out the red carpet for the 'Diamonds' singer.

The seven covers are the focus of the issue, since the photos depict the diva in short tops, short shorts, black leather, Chanel suspenders, white lace and plenty of skimpy fabric. And as you can see in the cover to the left, she's topless. What a shock, right? She's also holding polaroid selfies to cover up her boobies, which is sorta funny, given her penchant for posting topless. This is all very metaphysical for us.

The accompanying feature addresses the failed PR stunt that was the 777 Tour and even includes quotes from the most dedicated members of the Rihanna Navy. While she didn't fraternize or interview with us or the rest of the press that accompanied her on 777, RiRi did speak to the mag for the story.

She address her obsession with posting selfies on Instagram, which gets people talking. The Bajan beauty said. "It’s narcissistic, but whatever—everyone does it. I'm capturing personality... Everybody has their thing they like or don't like to see. It's all in your head. That’s why people take their own pictures, because it’s difficult for someone else to capture what you seek."

Ah, so now it all makes sense. She posts those topless shots because she knows how to get the arm angle juuuust right.

Ri also offers advice about how to achieve the best selfie: Find good light, a better angle and show your best side. See, it's not rocket science.

Roc Nation president and co-founder Jay Brown stood up for his moneymaking artist in the piece, as well, proclaiming, "There’s nothing wrong with being 24. There’s nothing wrong with enjoying yourself. You can’t be upset with someone who’s having fun. Let her have fun."

And fun she will have.
