A simple party balloon may be a big problem for the Cowboy State.

According to a press release from the Casper Area Chamber of Commerce, the Casper Balloon Roundup is returning to Casper on July 29, 30, and 31 and it is sure to light up the sky with some incredible imagery.

On Monday morning, three hot air balloons crashed about 12 miles northwest of Jackson, WY. The balloons were carrying a total of 36 people between them and a dozen have been hospitalized.

For the official opening night of "It", a very diligent fan (or group of fans) tied balloons to every sewer grate on 2nd Street from Hood's to Walgreens.

When it comes to how far their love will go, the sky is definitely not the limit.

On the upcoming National Geographic Channel show "How Hard Can It Be," which will premier this fall, a bunch of crazy dreamers recreate the scene in the animated Disney movie "Up" in which helium-filled party balloons lift a house high in the air.
