Bond was set at $500,000 cash Wednesday for the 44-year-old Cheyenne fugitive who was captured last Thursday night following a chase through north central Cheyenne.
In March 2022, the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation opened an investigation into the suspected use and distribution of illicit controlled substances in Natrona County.
Morris was initially charged with 14 drug distribution counts in Natrona County Circuit Court in July, and was later bound over to District Court for trial.
Itzen cited numbers as high as 12lbs of meth and over 3,000 fentanyl pills along with over $30,000 in cash and over a dozen guns collectively attributed to the circle of defendants during the presentencing investigation.
