The Natrona County Sheriff's Office announced that an inmate at the Casper Re-Entry Center, Phillip Campbell, has escaped after failing to return from a scheduled work shift.

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office is on the lookout for a recently escaped resident of the Casper Reentry Center, Maxine Mae Casias, who went out on a work release at 9:00 am on April 29 and never returned.

Courtney said Casper Police arrested Miller at roughly 11:45 a.m. Thursday.

The CRC notified the Sheriff's Office that Miller was an escapee at 12:09 a.m. Sunday.

He is described as a white male, five feet six inches tall, 150 pounds with brown hair and brown eyes.

Barnes is described as being white, 5' 3" with brown hair and brown eyes.

He was serving out a sentence for aggravated assault and battery for an incident that occurred in Fremont County.

Authorities are seeking Patrick Vincent Duran. Law enforcement was contacted about Duran failing to return to CRC at 2:51 p.m.

Tanner Foust, 21, left the facility at 1:17 p.m. Tuesday and was supposed to return later the same day, but hasn't been heard from since.

The Natrona County Sheriff's Office is looking for a man who escaped from a local halfway house last week, Sgt. Aaron Shatto said Wednesday.
