The Casper Police Department has released the names of the officers involved in the May 6 officer-involved shooting that left one suspect dead.

The officer who was killed was 51-year-old Eric Talley.

That caused the Ram to veer across the eastbound lane, exit the south shoulder of the highway and vault off a five-foot cliff.

The vehicle then flipped multiple times, coming to rest on its roof facing east.

Taylor couldn't maintain his lane, crossed the center line and went off the highway to the left.

The road surface was dry and weather was clear at the time of the wreck.
