The driver of a white Cadillac turned left at the east exit -- where a sign explicitly says no left turn -- of the parking lot of the Hilltop shopping center.

Casper most definitely does not have bad traffic (especially when compared to large, metropolitan areas like Denver), but during the Christmas season, it does seem like our drivers get more careless.

Casperites have been patiently awaiting the opening of this chicken and waffles specialty chain for a little over a year now, but the wait is finally over.

A new chicken and waffles restaurant called Chick'nCone will be opening soon.
