If the results of this weekend’s NRJ Awards in Cannes are any indication, French music audiences love to party rock, but they also appreciate a quality ballad. Adele and LMFAO captured two awards each, while Justin Bieber took home the 2012 NRJ Award of Honor.

Evan Rachel Wood is a talented performer, and it seems she comes by it, and her double name, honestly. Wood’s father, Ira David Wood, is a well-known actor and author in Raleigh, NC. He’s also good with, shall we say, more modern material.
