2025 Winter Sports Season selections for ‘Coach of the Year’ awards were released on Monday.

The 2025 Wyoming High School Nordic Skiing State Championships will wrap up the prep season outside Laramie this weekend.

Both skiing disciplines will have competitions during Week 9 of the 2025 season.

Thanks to their performances last week, Feb. 3-Feb. 8, 2025, Lovell senior Danika Crumrine, Kelly Walsh senior Fisk Johansson, and classmate Dylan Sorensen received the weekly accolade.

Six girls and nine boys were chosen as the finalists for the WyoPreps Athlete of the Week awards presented by Premier Bone and Joint Centers.

Both skiing disciplines will be in action this weekend.

The 2025 Wyoming High School Nordic skiing season resumes Friday and Saturday with the Pinedale Invitational at the White Pines Ski Resort.

The 2024-25 high school Nordic Skiing season begins this weekend in Jackson with the Betty Woolsey Classic.

The first WyoPreps Athlete of the Year Award for Girls’ Nordic Skiing is presented by Blue Cross Blue Shield of Wyoming, in cooperation with Wyld Gear. The winner is Natrona County junior Ally Wheeler.
