Sometimes it goes well and then sometimes the entire mall knows you are there due to your child being so scared of Santa. That happened to our daughter when she was 2 years old. We stood in line for over 20 minutes to get her pic made with her and the moment we sat her in his lap....SHE LOST HER MIND.
