We all remember where we were on September 11, 2001. Whether it was at work, at school, at home, or somewhere else, the moment when we first hear about the attacks on 9/11 will forever be etched in all of our hearts and minds.

Moving and heart felt, the memorial tribute to remember the 10th anniversary of the 9-11 terrorist attacks which claimed 2819 lives as a world watched in horror. Casper Fire Chief Mark Young addressed the large crowd that lined the sides of David Street in downtown Casper this morning.
