United Way of Natrona County held their annual 'Grill and Chill' event on Wednesday, August 24 and it featured a myriad of guests, including current Wyoming Senator John Barrasso.

Journey Elementary School teacher Rebecca Junge stood in front of an auditorium full of her students and peers to accept the Milken Educator Award, which included an unrestricted $25,000 to do with what she wanted.

The Boys & Girls Clubs of Central Wyoming held their Annual Reverse Raffle & Auction on Saturday and to say it delivered would be an understatement.

It's been less than one month. In that time, more than $1 million has been donated to the wife and newly born child of Rylee McCollum, the U.S. Marine from Wyoming who was killed in the suicide bombing terrorist attack that occurred in Afghanistan in late August.

"He protected the airport as Americans and our allies escaped to safety. His mission saved thousands of lives. While Rylee was protecting others, he was killed by a terrorist bomb."

Senator John Barrasso stated that President Biden killed the Keystone Pipeline, as well as numerous jobs associated with it.

Senator John Barrasso met with various veterans to personally say thank you and to acknowledge their sacrifices for the United States of America.
