I'm not sure if the entire city of Casper is being punk'd or not, but the speed limit has magically returned to 35 miles per hour on Poplar Street between 1st Street and Collins Street.
Like I have said in the past, I am not an aggressive driver. But, when I see people doing things like speeding in residential areas or apartment complex parking lots it really does grind my gears!
The speed limit will increase to 70 mph on sections of three highways later this month.
