Historically, you might not think that Wyoming would be a state that is keen on the idea of plant-based restaurants. Usually when people come through Wyoming, the first thing on their mind is, 'Where can I find the best steak?'. However, as the culture has changed in recent years, more and more plant-based foods and restaurants are more abundant throughout the country, and that includes Wyoming.

Additives that appear to make impossible meat "bleed" are being used to make it appear more like real meat.
