WYDOT has issued the following advisories as the Wyoming wind moves through the Cowboy State:

Casper Mountain Road has reopened. Additionally, the black ice advisories on Interstate 25 have been lifted.

Wind gusts up to 60 mph are possible in Casper on Tuesday as the area is under a high wind warning.

More travel restrictions are in place as the southeastern portion of the state is under a high wind warning.

According to the National Weather Service, much of Wyoming is under a winter storm warning.

The Wyoming Department of Transportation has begun closing roads in mountainous areas of Wyoming as a winter storm moves through the area.

Two Wyoming interstates have been closed since the weekend and at least one may remain so through midnight Wednesday.

Meanwhile, other portions of Interstate 80 might not open until 10 p.m. Tuesday.
