If you've been wondering why there were several men (and women) on second street wearing white, with what appeared to be "bloodstained" crotch areas, there is a reason. The Bloodstained Men have traveled to Casper to share their message.

The spokesman for the Bloodstained Men, Harry Guiremand, gave us some insight on what it is they do in the above video. He stated that:

The Bloodstained Men & Their Friends are a nonprofit organization, educating people on the harm of infant circumcision.

Of course, not everyone was on board with the movement. A local Casper resident, Justin Hathaway, posted up on one of the adjacent corners with an interesting sign of his own.
