Hear Ariana Grande’s Original Song ‘Higher’

Ariana Grande is pretty much poised to take the high octave, pop diva baton from Mariah Carey as she preps the release of 'Yours Truly,' out Sept. 3. The singer and pop powerhouse, currently on tour with Justin Bieber, decided to gift fans with a clip of an original song she wrote and performed called 'Higher.' It's a preview cut from her demo.

It definitely has a bouncy, '70s pop vibe and it crazy catchy, all in the space of two minutes.

Grande even indicated that she may sing the track while she is on tour. It was a passing suggestion, but you never, ever know. Performing before Beliebers is a big deal and could open lots of ears to her music. She may stick with album cuts or she may surprise us all by playing 'Higher' and bringing it into the light.
