He might be an internationally known solo artist now, but OutKast's Big Boi is still an Atlanta native at heart -- and judging from his latest single, the hometown anthem 'In the A,' he still really likes big brass sections, too.

'In the A' serves as the latest taste of Big Boi's upcoming second solo album, 'Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors' -- currently scheduled for a Dec. 11 release -- and features boisterous cameos from fellow Atlantans T.I. and Ludacris to go with its stomping beat and marching band horns. It's a musical recipe that should be familiar to any Big Boi or OutKast fan, but with a hook this insistent -- and enough rapid-fire flow to fill half an LP -- it's hard to complain too much.

'Vicious Lies and Dangerous Rumors' serves as the follow-up to Big's solo debut, 2010's 'Sir Lucious Left Foot: The Son of Chico Dusty,' and finds him working with a gaudy list of collaborators from across the musical spectrum -- from fellow MCs like Kid Cudi and B.o.B. to more unexpected choices, like noise-rock trio Wavves and Swedish electronic band Little Dragon.

During a recent interview, he described the record by saying, "It's a full body of work. If you've been following OutKast from day one, it wasn't really about the singles game, it's about a whole body of work. I like to call myself 'Sylvester the Unskippable,' because you could push play on my album -- you gonna get an hour's worth of a good time."
