Good news, Black Eyed Peas fans: The nearly half-decade wait for new music from the "I Gotta Feeling" hit-makers is almost over, says Will.i.am.

While appearing on Capital FM's Evening Show in April, the futuristic rapper was asked if the band (including Fergie) would be getting back together any time soon, to which he confirmed to radio host Roman Kemp, "Yes, there will be a Black Eyed Peas reunion... We're still together!"

While on tour back in July 2011, the chart-topping band announced a second indefinite hiatus (their first was taken between 2005 and 2009), a decision that Will.i.am admitted he still regrets: "It breaks my heart that I even have to say that 'cause really we should always have just been doing Black Eyed Peas actually. We shouldn't have [stopped]."

Love 'em or hate 'em, there's no denying that the Black Eyed Peas were lightning in a bottle. With four studio albums recorded as a foursome, the Grammy-winning hip-hop/pop group have spawned a long and varied list of memorable Billboard Top 10 smashes and prom/sweet sixteen anthems, including "Boom Boom Pow," "My Humps," "Where Is the Love?," and "Don't Phunk With My Heart."

Aside from their many radio hits as a unit, two of the Peas also went on to pursue incredibly successful solo music careers outside of the band, with Fergie releasing her chart-topping debut album The Dutchess in 2006, and Will.i.am releasing four solo albums, including his No. 1 dance record #willpower in 2013.
