The City of Casper has set up a single destination to answer all questions about the Wyoming Eclipse Festival as they pertain to city operations.

Carla Mills-Laatsch, customer service supervisor for the city, is the hotline coordinator. She will help answer questions about permitting, licensing, park uses, camping and public utilities.

She can also address questions concerning city ordinances and general compliance issues.

Again, the hotline is only for city-related questions about the Wyoming Eclipse Festival. Anna Wilcox is the festival director; she is coordinating events and activities surrounding the festival, along with the Casper Area Convention & Visitors Bureau.

But, city services of course will play a big role in putting on the festival.

The Eclipse Hotline can be reached at 307-235-7568. Mills-Laatsch can also be reached by email at camills@casperwy.gov.

The festival is set for Aug. 17-21, 2017. Casper is one of the best places in the country to see the eclipse, so the city is expected to be packed.
