UNDATED (AP) — The Los Angeles Clippers can call themselves Pacific Division champions for the first time in their history.

The Clippers have wrapped up the division crown by downing the Los Angeles Lakers 109-95. Blake Griffin had 24 points and 12 rebounds, while Chris Paul's 24 points and 12 assists helped the Clippers complete their first 4-0 season sweep of the Lakers since 1981.

Kobe Bryant had 25 points and 10 assists for the Lakers, who are a half-game behind Utah for the final Western Conference playoff berth.

The New York Knicks picked up their 12th straight victory while preventing the Oklahoma City from tying San Antontio for first place in the NBA's Western Conference.

Carmelo Anthony poured in 36 points and had 12 rebounds as the Knicks outscored the Thunder 125-120. J.R. Smith chipped in 22 points, including a pair of three-pointers as the shot clock was about to expire during the final two minutes.

The Knicks are second in the East at 50-26 and lead the Atlantic Division by six games over Brooklyn with six remaining.

Russell Westbrook had 37 points, 11 rebounds and eight assists for Oklahoma City, which fell a game behind the Spurs with five games left.

In other NBA action, Mo Williams scored 25 points and Utah moved ahead of the Lakers in the West standings by beating Golden State 97-90. Williams made a 3-pointer with 13.4 seconds remaining to put the Jazz ahead by six and spoil Golden State's shot to clinch a playoff berth

Mike Conley scored 25 points, including the go-ahead bucket with 30 seconds left to push Memphis past Sacramento 89-87. Marc Gasol (gah-SAHL') chipped in 15 points, 10 rebounds and five blocks for the Grizzlies.

Detroit had lost 18 straight against Chicago before Brandon Knight scored 20 points in the Pistons' 99-85 win over the Bulls. Jonas Jerebko added 17 points and a season-high rebounds as the Pistons allowed Indiana to clinch the Central Division title.

Brandon Bass finished with 20 points and Boston outscored Washington 31-19 in the third quarter of a 107-96 win over the Wizards. Celtics forward Kevin Garnett had 12 points and six rebounds in 24 minutes after missing eight games with an inflamed left ankle.

Chris Kaman (KAY'-mihn) had 26 points and 11 boards as Dallas beat Portland 96-91.

New Orleans was a 95-92 winner at Phoenix behind 20 points from rookie Anthony Davis.

Tristan Thompson had 15 points and 16 rebounds in Cleveland's 91-85 win against Orlando.
