WyoPreps Second Volleyball Rankings of the 2026 Season

One thing was certain in the latest 2026 volleyball rankings: beyond the favorites, plenty of uncertainty surrounds all four classes. The new WyoPreps Coaches and Media Volleyball Poll was released Wednesday, with numerous teams receiving votes. Class 1A had a new No. 1 after Cokeville struggled during the opening weekend, while the top-ranked teams in the other three classes remained unchanged. Four new teams also entered the poll this week.

SECOND WYOMING HIGH SCHOOL VOLLEYBALL RANKINGS 2026

The Hulett Red Devils moved into first place in Class 1A, earning nine of the 13 first-place votes. Upton was the only team to remain in the same position from the preseason poll, holding onto fourth.

Four of the top five teams remained the same in Class 2A, where Big Horn was a unanimous choice for No. 1. The newcomer was Southeast, as the Cyclones jumped into fourth.

Tongue River’s undefeated start helped the Eagles enter the Class 3A rankings at No. 3. Torrington also moved up, which pushed Mountain View down.

Cody and Evanston were new to the top five in Class 4A. The Fillies moved into third, followed by the Red Devils in fourth.
