A 24-year-old Cheyenne woman is facing multiple charges after reportedly taking a 2x4 to the back passenger windows on her boyfriends' vehicles then attacking him with it.

Police say Ramos wouldn't tell them what happened or how she got injured, and kept telling them that her boyfriend in the past had kidnapped her and beat her.

When asked if he had hit her that day, Ramos reportedly said no.

Police: Ramos Admitted She'd Been Drinking

Police say Ramos smelled of alcohol and admitted that she'd been drinking.

Police say they spoke to Ramos' boyfriend at his house and he told them that he and Ramos had been dating for approximately one year.

Police say he told them that he had allowed Ramos to drive his maroon 2014 Honda for the past week, that they had been verbally arguing all week, and that she got upset and brought his car back.

He said he was outside with his 13-year-old daughter when Ramos brought the car back, that Ramos didn't say a word to him, even though he was asking her if she needed a ride, then started walking west down the sidewalk.

He said he and his daughter went back inside and about 10 minutes later, Ramos called him and said, "Is that all you have to say to me," and told him to call the cops because she was back at his house.

The Sound of Breaking Glass

He said that while he was inside on the phone with Ramos he could hear the sound of breaking glass, and when he went outside, he found Ramos trying to break the passenger side mirror off his blue 2024 Cadillac.

Ramos then reportedly grabbed a broken off piece of 2x4 that was lying on the ground and smashed it through the back passenger window of the Cadillac.

Police say Ramos' boyfriend told them he also found that Ramos had smashed the back passenger window on his Honda before he'd come back outside.

Police say the Honda window had a hole in the middle of it and they could see the outline of the 2x4.

Boyfriend: Ramos Then Took the 2x4 and Came at Me

Police say Ramos' boyfriend told them that Ramos then took the 2x4 and came at him, trying to strike him in the head and face, and he used his forearms to stop the strikes.

He said he was able to back away from Ramos and started recording her on his phone.

Caught on Camera

Police say the video showed Ramos rushing toward her boyfriend's 13-year-old daughter, who was standing outside in front of the back door, making physical contact with the teen, and trying to slap her and push her down to get inside the house.

The video then reportedly showed the teen pinning Ramos to the ground, her dad telling her to let Ramos up, which she did, and Ramos grabbing her shoes, which fell off when she rushed the teen, and walking off the property westbound, where she was found at the church.

Ramos Hit With Property Destruction, Assault Charges

Ramos was subsequently arrested and charged with aggravated assault and battery, a felony punishable by up to 10 years in prison, and two misdemeanors, including simple assault and property destruction.

Bond Set at $3K Cash

Ramos made her initial appearance in Laramie County Circuit Court on Wednesday, Nov. 6.

Judge Antoinette Williams set her bond at $3,000 cash and her preliminary hearing was scheduled for Wednesday, Nov. 13 at 2 p.m.

Please remember that all suspects are presumed to be innocent until proven guilty in a court of law.
