Apparently Jimmy Fallon likes to be bossed around by women and would much prefer taking orders from the females species than the males. There are legal documents alleging this is true.

A former ‘Late Night With Jimmy Fallon’ staffer claims he was dropped from the show because of Fallon’s gender bias. Paul Tarascio filed a lawsuit against Fallon and NBC Universal alleging that he was let go for no reason and replaced by a “totally incompetent woman” in 2010. Odd, because usually a person thinks the person that replaced them at a job is totally much better at it, regardless of gender.

In the court documents, Tarascio said that director David Diomedi told him, “Jimmy just prefers to take direction from a woman.” He also claimed that Diomedi “knowingly fabricated alleged performance issues” about him in order to terminate him. The suit also claims other male employees of the show were victims of Fallon’s need to surround himself with a staff of women, alleging that audio technicians and a Prop-Master were also replaced by females. Legal stuff. Legal stuff. Boring! Let’s hear more about these women. Especially the prop woman thingy. That sounds so hot, like an S&M thing.

Fallon could not be reached for comment. Questlove’s hair was more than willing to talk.
