Learning About My New Hunting Knives

I don't even know what to do with these but they look cool! My hunting collection is starting to grow. Thanks to one of my co-workers dad's who makes hunting knives and has a big collection himself, sent us some and I was gifted one set.

I have to get into bow safety and hunters ed but still I am so excited to actually hunt one day. I think these knives are for dressing and gutting out an animal but also I can bring them fishing and cut my waders if need be.

I think they start up in February for bow safety and I am getting in on it this time. The leather holder for the knives are fantastic and look very vintage. Are these certain types of hunting knives or are they just a generic hunting knife?

I have a lot to learn and of course safety is first.
