Please forgive me if this is an awkward question, but what is your favorite sleeping position? Your answer may greatly affect how healthy you are.

There is an interesting article on Bright Side that claims there is a right and wrong way for each sleeping position. It seems to be mostly concerned with your leg position and trying to keep your body aligned correctly. Translation: Plan on putting a pillow between your legs.
