Missing Person’s Body Identified Near Natrona County Line

According to reports from Natrona County Coroner Connie Jacobson, the body found near the Split Rock rest stop southwest of Casper on Tuesday has been positively identified as that of 20-year-old Kolton Stoner of Casper, who was listed earlier in the week here at kisscasper.com as a missing person.

Foul play is not suspected, and an investigation into his death is complete.
