Morgan Freeman may be known for his stellar narration skills, but earlier this week he seemed more content narrating his own dreams -- because he nodded off in the middle of an interview.

Or did he?

Freeman, 75, and Michael Caine, 80, appeared via satellite on Q13's morning show in Seattle to discuss their new film 'Now You See Me,' when Morgan took a little time-out for an impromptu nap.

Caine continued answering questions like a champ until Freeman ended his micro-sleep and answered a few as well.

We're cutting him some slack, though. Getting up at 4 a.m. to do a zillion interviews where everyone asks the same questions doesn't sound remotely interesting now -- let alone when we're his age (he's almost 76, by the way).

But perhaps he wasn't snoozing at all. When asked by People about the incident, Freeman replied, "I wasn't actually sleeping. I'm a beta tester for Google Eyelids. I was merely updating my Facebook page."

Maybe he was just poking Zach Braff.
