Police said Wednesday that ‘Jackass’ star Ryan Dunn was drunk and driving upwards of 140 miles per hour at the time of his fatal car crash early Monday morning.

“The initial crash reconstruction investigation determined that Mr. Dunn’s vehicle was traveling between 132-140 miles per hour at the time of the collision,” West Goshen Police Chief Michael Carroll said in a statement Wednesday (via CNN).

Carroll added that Dunn’s blood alcohol content level was 0.196 percent, or twice the Pennsylvania state legal limit of 0.08.

According to the police report, Dunn and 30-year-old Zachary Hartwell died from “blunt and thermal trauma” when Dunn’s 2007 Porsche 911 GT3 crashed and caught fire.
