Suspicious Man Sought at Casper Fairgrounds

The Central Wyoming Fair and the Natrona County Sheriff’s Office is asking the public’s help in finding a suspicious man who has been seen lurking around the animal stalls at the Fairgrounds.

One witness claimed he was seen trying to have relations with a horse.

Sheriff’s deputies are patrolling the area now.
