Usher reportedly is rethinking his legal strategy in his ongoing custody battle with Tameka Raymond — this after a jet ski accident left his 11-year-old stepson brain dead. TMZ is reporting that over the weekend Usher and Tameka talked about reaching an amicably settlement in their case.

Usher and 26-year-old Darshelle Jones-Rakestraw both appeared in an Atlanta court this morning, where a judge barred her from going anywhere near Usher.

Poor Usher. He can barely catch a break with his actual ex-wife Tameka Foster, as the two are in the middle of a custody battle over their two sons after she claimed he was a terrible father. But now the singer has to deal with a crazed woman claiming to be married to him.  That s— cray. (Are people still saying that?)

Usher showed the rock side of his personality with a new cover of Foster the People‘s ‘Pumped Up Kicks’ on which he played bass guitar.

Just a day after releasing his new album Looking 4 Myself,’ Usher drops his music video for his latest single, ‘Scream.’ The clip, which was helmed by directorial team BB GUN, includes footage of his performance last April in the off-Broadway show ‘Fuerza Bruta: Look Up.’

Usher takes some big risks on his seventh LP ‘Looking 4 Myself,’ the follow-up to his 2010 Grammy-winning album ‘Raymond v. Raymond.’ The veteran R&B mack brings his signature falsetto vocals and lays it on top of genre-bending songs — some of which are a hit and others, are a miss.

Usher kicked off the ‘TODAY’ show Summer 2012 Toyota Concert Series this morning (May 18) in New York City! Who better to usher in summer than Usher himself? He performed a historical hit ‘OMG’ and his latest smash ‘Climax.’

Usher will hit the ‘Saturday Night Live’ stage for the third time as this week’s musical guest. He’ll be joined by ‘SNL’ alum Will Ferrell for the night’s host. Considering Ferrell is a comedic heavyweight, the promos for the episode are no less than hilarious.

Usher dropped both covers for his new album, ‘Looking 4 Myself,’ along with the new spelling of the title. It was originally spelled ‘Looking for Myself,’ but the “for” was swapped out in favor of the numeral. The singer also shared the track listing for the platter, which drops June 12.

It’s Usher, baby! The R&B mack is back with another single from his upcoming LP ‘Lookin’ for Myself.’ Usher‘s ‘Lemme See’ is a seductive ballad, which was produced by Jim Jonsin and written by Usher, Lundon “Da Bridge” Knighten and Eric Bellinger. The song will be available on May 8 via iTunes.

After scoring his 12th No. 1 with the ballad ‘Climax,’ Usher takes it to the dance floor with his new single, ‘Scream.’ A worthy successor to his club banger ‘OMG,’ the R&B crooner boasts about his bedroom prowess on the dance-pop track, which was produced by Max Martin and Shellback.

Some of the star power that made David Guetta‘s ‘Nothing but the Beat’ a success was on hand during the DJ’s headlining set at Coachella. R&B star Usher joined Guetta on stage during Saturday’s late-night set at the festival.
