Ted “The Voice” Williams Bails On Rehab [VIDEO]

TMZ is reporting that Ted Williams has bailed on his rehab program against the advice of doctors - less than two weeks after checking in for drug & alcohol recovery.    Read on for the story:

It was during the Dr. Phil tapings (see videos) that he agreed to go to the Origins Recovery Center in South Texas - his girlfriend is currently in rehab in Costa Mesa, California.    Was really rooting for this guy to get things together - do you think he'll be able to conquer his addictions?
