The Jonas Brothers are bracing and building hype for their comeback tour. Nick, Joe and Kevin revealed why they chose their singles, 'Pom Poms' and 'First Time,' as well as what to expect from their new record, 'V' -- and most importantly, their hair and their thoughts on Justin Bieber and Miley Cyrus!

Most important matters first: What do they think of Bieber's drama?

"I don't want to say too much because then it becomes a war you don't want to have," Joe admitted. "But personally, I think, he's being a kid. And I think it's unfortunate that he lives in a day and age where everything you do is watched. I acted stupid at times too when I was his age, and I got away with a lot more than what people probably know about."

So does he sympathize with Biebs? "I think sometimes, not all the time," he said. "There's certain things that are unforgivable. I think it's about the people that surround you more than anything."

As for their singles, Nick explained, "I think both these songs do set the stage for the rest of the record. Specifically, 'First Time' was one, from the minute it was created, we felt was a good template for us because it combines both the old and the new ... that one specifically was kind of Fleetwood Mac's 'Everywhere' meets Calvin Harris (with) a modern twist to it."

The guys didn't talk about 'Wedding Bells,' but they did touch on its inspiration. "She's incredibly talented," Nick said when pressed about Cyrus' urban reinvention. "She's always going to have success and it's great to see her have success now."

They guys didn't talk about Cyrus' shaved head, but they did talk about their own.

Joe is the latest Jonas to sport a shaved head. "It's something that I wanted to do for the longest time actually," he said. "Nick did it, [and] I got pretty jealous to be honest. So I waited for the opportunity once he started his hair back out."

Nick quipped, "I don't think we can do three shaved heads." However, they may do two at a time, with Kevin kidding, "I'm next on the docket."
