Some slam dunks are athletic, some are powerful, but the best dunks are just downright nasty.  If you've been following the 10-2 Wyoming men's basketball team this year, you know that Junior Guard Josh Adams is one of the filthiest dunkers in the country.

During Saturday's win vs. Southern, Adams added another clip to his highlight film.  With 13:55 remaining in the second half, Adams took a pass at the top of the key.  Two dribbles later, Adams slashed into the paint and posterized two defenders with a wicked left hand jam.

It's one of many impressive dunks this season for the 6'2" guard from Parker, Colorado. Adams ability to soar over much larger defenders and finish with the left hand make his aerial acrobatics even awesomer. Aside from his slam dunking prowess, Adams has become a team leader, pacing the team in assists and steals and averaging nearly 10 points a game.

Don't be surprised in Adams gets invited to the NCAA Slam Dunk Championships in April. Wanna check out his latest throwdown?  Here's the highlight reel from UW's win over Southern on Saturday.  (Adams' thundering dunk is at the 2:45 mark; video courtesy of GoWyo.com).
