Wyoming WR Claiborne Suspended

According to a release from the University of Wyoming, wide receiver Jalen Claiborne has been suspended for the upcoming game against Northern Colorado. The official statement reads:

"University of Wyoming head football coach Dave Christensen announced on Monday, Sept. 9 that Wyoming junior wide receiver Jalen Claiborne has been suspended for this upcoming Saturday’s game versus Northern Colorado due to a violation of team standards."

Claiborne has recorded 94 receiving yards in the first two games of the season and is the team's top punt returner.

Kickoff is set for 2 pm Saturday.
