Casper Girl Missing From Youth Crisis Center

A Casper family needs your help locating their daughter, who went missing from the Youth Crisis Center on Tuesday, January 8th.

Amber Osserian is 16 years of age, is 5' 9", 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She has piercings in the right side of her lip and nose, and a fairy tattoo on her right hip.  Amber was reportedly last seen in Riverton on Thursday the 10th, but current location is unknown.  Please share this article with as many people as you can, in an attempt to spread the word and bring her home safely.
