A woman who made her initial appearance in Natrona County Circuit Court last week is accused of selling methamphetamine in the Casper area.

Kristine Lynn Fischer, 30, faces one charge of conspiracy to deliver methamphetamine. She could face up to 20 years in prison and a $25,000 fine if convicted.

Court documents say Fischer sold methamphetamine which was fronted to her by the leader of the trafficking ring she was allegedly involved in.

Methamphetamine was reportedly sold "in ounces at a time." Charging papers allege Fischer was fronted an eighth of an ounce at a time and was charged $250 each time, from October through January.

Cell phone content downloaded in early February by a special agent with the Wyoming Division of Criminal Investigation revealed text messages in which alleged co-conspirators coordinate methamphetamine sales, discuss road trips to pick up methamphetamine and talk about payments.

In one text message, an alleged co-conspirator told another person allegedly involved that the methamphetamine she sold for him was bad.

Fischer was arrested last week. Her bond was set at $25,000 cash or surety, and her preliminary hearing is set for Thursday.
