Austin Mahone Dishes on Justin Bieber Collab, Drake + Working With Pitbull [VIDEO]
Austin Mahone had some details to divulge to Mahomies (and Beliebers) when he stopped by Canada's 'The Morning Show' recently. When asked about his much-buzzed about collaboration with Justin Bieber, the 'MMM Yeah' singer, who is gearing up for the release of his debut album and subsequent summer tour, revealed just a little more intel.
"So basically … he had a song he wrote like a year ago, and he wanted me to be on that," Mahone spilled. "So he flew to Miami like a week ago." While in the studio, the heartthrobs Instagrammed several pics that sent fans into a frenzy.
Okay, so Mahone didn't give us too many more details about the collab, but he did reveal that the Biebs penned the tune, so that's pretty cool.
And while on the topic of collaborations, he also dished on working with Pitbull for 'MMM Yeah.'
"It was cool! Pitbull is just a fun guy, energetic, likes to have fun," he said. "Kinda got that hookup because we're all from Miami, so yeah, it was a lot of fun."
With all of these A-list collabs, is there anyone that makes the 18-year-old pop star starstruck?
"I would say the only person I did get starstruck with is meeting Drake for the first time," Mahone admitted. "I love Drake. He's the best."
Hmmm. Do we smell a future collaboration?
