The 2014 Golden Globes boasted a red carpet dripping with gorgeous gowns. The two hot trends we noticed? Strapless gowns and belted dresses.
Celebs, stars, actresses and artists donned their Sunday best for the ceremony (Jan. 12), and we're pleased to report that there were more jaw-dropping stunners than there were disappointing duds when it came to the red carpet.

Also, it's worth noting that three of this year's best dressed stars were expectant moms! They were all in style while with child.
Jennifer Lawrence's white Dior was doubly belted and beautiful.
Mom-to-be Kerry Washington wore a custom Balenciaga in a bone hue that was simple, straight and chic.
Another expectant mother -- Olivia Wilde -- glittered in a clingy, forest green Gucci.
Taylor Swift's dual-colored, black and watermelon pink Carolina Herrera was very belle of the ball in a sophisticated way. The black, sweetheart neckline was the perfect contrast to the bright hue.
Co-host Amy Poehler played peek-a-boo in a straight, simple and head-turning Stella McCartney, which was also belted.
Emma Roberts' off-the-shoulder black Lanvin in a mermaid silhouette was another example of classic chic.
Pregnant Drew Barrymore's floral Monique Lhuillier dress was airy and boasted floral appliques. So pretty.
Metallic Mila Kunis stunned in this balanced, silvery Gucci Premiere gown.
