Britney Spears’ New Album, ‘B in the Mix: The Remixes Vol. 2,’ Scheduled for October 11 Release
With her latest album, ‘Femme Fatale,’ certified platinum and three more top 10 singles under her belt, Britney Spears is having a very good year — and she’s showing no signs of slowing down before the end of the year.
Britney’s second remix collection, titled ‘B in the Mix: The Remixes Vol. 2,’ is scheduled for an October 11 release, and will gather new versions of songs from the last four years of her career, including ‘Gimme More,’ ‘Radar,’ and ‘I Wanna Go.’
Spears broke the news on Twitter, telling her followers, “Exciting news tweeps… new remix album is coming out on 10/11! Pumped for you to hear these tracks – I love them.”
The 10-track collection follows the first ‘B in the Mix’ album, released in 2005, and includes remix work from Tiësto, Kaskade, and Benny Bennassi. In the meantime, Spears continues to release singles from ‘Femme Fatale,’ with a video for the fourth one, ‘Criminal,’ due out soon.
