Casper Parade Honors Martin Luther King

The official parade honoring Dr. Martin Luther King got underway this morning at 11am.

The parade, with about 50 or so participants, began at city park at 7th and Center streets and began winding it's way to the First Methodist Church where there will be songs, prayers and remembrances.
