A dry, warm and stable air mass is in place.  There will be plenty of sun both today and Saturday.  Temperatures will range from the 70s to the 80s, with a few lower 90s in the far east.

The wind starts to pick up on Saturday.  West winds sustained at 10 to 20 mph, will gust to 30 and 40 mph at times, creating a very high to extreme fire danger.  A Fire Weather Watch has been posted for much of the state on Saturday.

A change in the weather pattern is expected on Sunday as another cold front starts to move through.  Cooler temperatures will filter into northern and central Wyoming on Sunday, with continued warm temperatures along and to the south of I-80.  Late Sunday into Monday morning, showers will move through northern and eastern Wyoming.  Monday will be a sharply cooler day, especially in the east, with a chance for additional showers in the east.
