A Coloradan is dead after crashing their motorcycle on Interstate 80 in Sweetwater County, the Wyoming Highway Patrol says.
The crash happened around 10:30 a.m. on Friday, Sept. 5, near mile marker 123, roughly 20 miles east of Rock Springs.

According to a fatality crash summary, 55-year-old Del Rhoades was riding east on a Harley-Davidson when the bike went into the median.
"The motorcycle traveled parallel to the cable barrier before striking a delineator post, then struck the cable barrier," the summary reads.
Rhoades was wearing a helmet but, sadly, didn't survive the crash.
Driver Fatigue, Medical Condition Possibly to Blame
The summary lists driver fatigue/asleep and a possible medical condition as possible contributing factors.
