Pair of Wyoming Juveniles Arrested Following Wild Crime Spree
Police in Rock Springs say they arrested a pair of juveniles following a Monday crime spree that included stealing two cars and a handgun, multiple auto burglaries, firing several shots, damaging public and private property, committing a hit-and-run, and leading police on a foot chase.
That's according to a post on the Rock Springs Police Department's Facebook page. According to the post the pair started by stealing a car in Rock Springs followed by breaking into several other cars and stealing a handgun.
The duo then traveled to Green River in the stolen car, allegedly committing several acts of property damage, including a hit-and-run that damaged a stop sign. Green River Police received two separate reports of shots fired, with residential property being damaged in both locations. There were no reports of injuries, however.
The pair then drove back to Rock Springs in the stolen vehicle. They stole another vehicle which they crashed at the intersection of Dewar Drive and College Drive. The pair then fled on foot before being arrested. According to the post, they are facing a variety of charges stemming from the series of incidents.
