Before Mark Wahlberg became a Serious Actor, he was known for wearing tighty whities on Calvin Klein billboards and for being the frontman of the '90s hip-hop group Marky Mark and the Funky Bunch. After two albums and several hits (most notably 'Good Vibrations'), the band broke up in 1993 -- and Wahlberg hasn't much wanted to acknowledge that part of his professional history since.

But with New Kids on the Block, the Backstreet Boys and 98 Degrees leading the way for defunct boy band comebacks, Wahlberg has begun to consider a reunion with his own Funky Bunch.

In a recent interview with the UK's Heat magazine, Wahlberg teased, "Well, the Funky Bunch wants to get back out there. I've just got to find the right time. We might, though."

However, the reunion will only take place if it can be “lucrative” for the Academy Award-nominated actor.
