The Natrona County Sheriff's Office is asking for help from the public in locating a man who was allowed to leave the Casper Re-Entry Center but did not return as scheduled last night.

Leland Niel Rohn, 33, is described as a white male standing 6'3" tall and weighing 175 pounds. He has brown hair and hazel-colored eyes.

Sheriff's Sgt. Aaron Shatto told reporters on Monday that Rohn has been at CRC for having previously escaped after conviction on a felony charge. He was sentenced on the original charge in September 2015.

Rohn was supposed to return to CRC by 8 p.m. Sunday. Anyone who sees him or has information regarding his whereabouts is asked to contact the Natrona County Sheriff's Office at 307-235-9282.

Rohn is the 21st person reported as having escaped from CRC this year. In 2017, there were 17 reported escapes from the facility, according to the sheriffs office.
