New York Times’ ‘Places to Go List’ Includes Wyoming
The Cowboy State just got some worldwide recognition!
What a world we live in?! There are so many beautiful, intriguing, and memorable places we can travel to. Plus, thanks to technology, we can get to these places easily by hopping on a plane or jumping in the car.
Or, as in this case, we can just stay put.
At the beginning of the year, the New York Times published an articles listing the top places to travel to in 2019. Of course, getting to all 52 Places to Go in one year would be pricey, but if you can swing it then go for it! It would make for a killer bucket list.
One of the places the Times selected is Wyoming.
Yep, entire state of Wyoming made the list. Aside from the gorgeous outdoor scenery, our state is heralded by the New York Times for its contribution to women's equality. We were the first territory to pass a law granting women the right to vote back in 1869. That would make this year the 150th anniversary of that monumental event.
