Casper Man Pleads Guilty To Sexual Abuse of a Minor
A Casper man already serving time for one sex crime has admitted to sexually abusing a young child.
Rick Olsen has pleaded guilty to one charge of second degree sexual abuse of a minor.
According to court documents, the six- to seven-year-old victim told Casper police that Olsen made the victim touch him multiple times from May 2014 through June 2015.
Olsen is currently serving an 80-month federal prison sentence in a case where he pleaded guilty to one charge of possession of child pornography.
As part of a plea deal, prosecutors will seek a 60-to-80 month prison sentence to run concurrently -- or at the same time -- with the sentence that he's currently serving in federal prison.
He will be sentenced at a later date.
