The chain exited bankruptcy last year, but it looks like some stores might close.

The Milton, West Virginia-based Blackjewel, LLC, and related companies filed for Chapter 11 business reorganization Bankruptcy Protection on July 1.

The company also owes $853,986 in an apparent judgment, bankruptcy filings say.

The agreement is subject to approval by Contura's board of directors and U.S. Bankruptcy Court in West Virginia.

The auction, originally scheduled for Thursday, will take place 11 a.m. EDT Aug. 15 in New York.
