Jay Z and Beyonce are currently embarking on their 'On the Run' tour, and while Jay Z was performing his hit 'Izzo (H.O.V.A.)' in Miami, FL on June 25, Justin Bieber fans noticed a familiar face projected on screen.
When Beyonce and Jay Z do it, they do it big. So it comes as no surprise that their On the Run tour kickoff show in Miami last night (June 25) was nothing short of epic, complete with footage of their wedding, daughter Blue Ivy and featuring one insane set list.
While performing at the X Games in Austin, Kanye West surprised some concertgoers by omitting Jay Z's name from the lyrics of some of his songs. Could a feud be brewing between the two hip-hop stars?
If you haven't seen the new 4 minute fake trailer for Beyonce' & Jay Z's tour entitled 'RUN', check it out first. Now maybe you'll see why fans of the couple have started up a petition to have a full length movie version made.
Jay Z and Beyonce have released an online short film titled 'Run' to tease their On the Run Tour taking place this summer. The Bonnie and Clyde style video features multiple celebrity guest cameos, including Sean Penn, Jake Gyllenhaal, Blake Lively, Don Cheadle, Rashida Jones and more.
In the aftermath of the Jay Z/Solange Elevator fight (see it here) after the Met Gala last week, it was only right to parody the situation. And what better way to do so, then by re-writing Jigga's classic single 99 Problems and re-enacting that fateful elevator debacle. This is what (I think, at least) was actually going on in Hova's head during the brawl, although I think I got beat up worse.
I have heard much better Jay Z impersonations over the past decade. But even though the voice wasn't always dead on, the story more than makes up for it because this guy uses Jigga-esque language to the point you forget it's not really Hov speaking.
Have you heard the story Solange Knowles, Beyonce's sister, attacking Jay Z in an elevator while leaving the Met Gala last week at The Standard Hotel in NYC? It's a pretty crazy story.
We still don't know what exactly caused Solange Knowles to viciously attack Jay Z in the elevator after the Met Gala, but Beyonce is putting on a united front, posting several photos of herself with her sister on Instagram today, May 14.
